Mike Lew is writing, with his wife Rehana Lew Mirza, an animated film project for Dreamworks. His play Teenage Dick has been optioned by Semi-Formal Prods and he is currently at work on the screenplay. Mike and Rehana are the co-bookwriters of the Broadway bound musical comedy Bhangin’ It, about a collegiate bhangra dance team, which will premiere at the La Jolla Playhouse. Other plays include tiny father (Audible); Teenage Dick (Donmar Warehouse/London, Ma-Yi at The Public Theater/New York, Woolly Mammoth, Huntington Theatre Company, Pasadena Playhouse); Tiger Style! Malika Oyetimein received her MFA from The University of Washington's School of Drama. Nominated by Liesl Tommy, she is in the cohort of the inaugural New Hope Colony Artist Residency, in addition to being Merrimack Repertory Theatre's Artist-in- Residence. As of the fall of 2021 she joined the MFA directing faculty at Boston University. She was featured in Seattle’s City Art Magazine 2016 Future List and her productions of Bootycandy (2016) and Hoodoo Love (2017) were nominated for Gregory Awards: Best Production. She is the co-adapter and director of Dr. Maya Angelou's  I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings (Book-It Repertory Theatre) which garnered a Gregory Award nomination for Best Director. Christopher Mumaw (he/him/his) is a scenic designer and freelance theater artist based in Seattle, Washington. With this production, he is pleased to be making his Seattle Rep debut. In all, over the last ten-years, Christopher has designed some 60 productions with more than 15 theatre companies in the region and beyond, including with the following; 5th Avenue Theatre, Portland Center Stage, Seattle Opera, Village Theatre, Seattle Public Theatre, ArtsWest, Cafe Nordo, Vespertine Opera Theater, Inland Northwest Opera, Kentucky Opera. Matthew Webb (he/him) is thrilled to join Seattle Rep for the first time and to make his way back to Washington State after a bit of a pause. Previously in Seattle, Matt's designed with Seattle Children’s Theatre, Book-It Repertory Theatre, ArtsWest, Sound Theatre Company, On the Boards, and West of Lenin, and he was the associate designer for The 5th Avenue’s production of Ragtime. Elsewhere, Matt’s worked with Arden Theatre, Asolo Rep, Syracuse Stage, ZACH Theatre, San Jose Rep, Arkansas Rep, Phoenix Theatre, and many others. Matt received his MFA from the University of Washington, and he teaches stage design at Mississippi State University.

Erin Bednarz (she/her) tells stories through sound, music, performance, and production. She is Producing Director at Washington Ensemble Theatre, founding member of Umbrella Project, and dramaturg for Cheat Day Collective. Nicholas Japaul Bernard is a native of Rochester, New York and a Seattleite of four years now. He has had the opportunity to work with many theaters around town including The 5th Avenue Theatre, Sound Theatre, ArtsWest, Strawberry Theatre Workshop, and Book-It Repertory Theatre. As a disabled, queer, and black artist, Bernard is interested in fostering an artistic world in which marginalized people have the space to both give breath to their own stories as well as not being regulated to that alone. We are more than our pain and more versatile than you’ve ever imagined.

Ian Bond is a Seattle based storyteller. His fight and intimacy direction has been seen at the 5th Avenue Theatre (Beauty and the Beast), University of Washington (Monstrosity), Washington Ensemble (Feathers and Teeth; Is God Is), Taproot Theatre (See How They Run), Book-It Repertory (Behold the Dreamers), Seattle Shakespeare (Comedy of Errors), and ACT Theatre (Hotter Than Egypt). Bryce Bartl-Geller is a Seattle-based interdisciplinary artist, focusing on lighting and projection designs for theater, landscape photography, and ceramics. He is excited to return to Seattle Rep after being involved as the Assistant Lighting Designer for As You Like It with their vital Public Works program. He is loving the opportunity to once again work with his peers from UW where he studied lighting design. Bryce pursues projects that touch his heart and hopes this one does for you as well. Bryce also works as a research scientist studying ways to help forests survive the threats of wildfire and the climate crisis.
