Viewing will be available for an additional 72 hours post live performance

How will I receive the live stream link? What if I can't find the email you send?

Your link will be sent to you from enews@seattlerep.org on Friday May 8, via the email you used to register for the event. You will also receive an instructional video to help you get set up for the live stream on whichever device you plan to view it from. If you do not receive the email by Friday, May 8 at 6pm PT, make sure you've checked your spam folder. 

What devices can I watch the live stream on?

You can watch on a home computer or laptop, a tablet, a smartphone, or a smart TV. You will receive an instructional video prior to the event that will help you get set up on the device of your choice.

What if I experience technical difficulties or am unable to view the live stream on the day of the performance?

First, test your computer to ensure you are set up properly by watching the instructional video that will be emailed to you before the event. Neither Hershey Felder Presents nor Seattle Rep are responsible for technical difficulties, and there will not be staff available to help you the day of the broadcast. Please be sure to test your device in advance. If you miss the live broadcast, a recording will be made available approximately one hour after the event has ended. It will remain available to view for up to 72 hours after the event.

What if I'm busy on May 10 at 5pm PT? Can I still buy a ticket and watch the video later?

Yes. A recording will be made available approximately one hour after the event has ended. It will remain available to view for up to 72 hours after the event.

What is the refund policy for this event?

There are no refunds for this event.

Is my registration fee / ticket transferrable? Can I buy a ticket and then send the link to a friend / family member?

No. Tickets are non-transferrable, and the link cannot be shared.
