Highly lauded magician and casino security expert Harry Milas invites 35 audience members at a time to sign a confidentiality agreement and join him around the card table. Harry then he reveals—step by step—how card sharps and con artists fool the world and cheat at cards. Join him for a unique and intimate theatrical experience you won’t soon forget.

Part performance, part tutorial, The Unfair Advantage is an intimate, unique, and unprecedented theatrical event. Over the course of an hour, Harry Milas will expose many of the best tricks and illusions he knows. He’ll start you off easy, but as the show goes on, greater displays of card play unfold and exciting secrets are uncovered. Before participating in this experience you'll be asked to sign a legal contract of confidentiality. Please bear this in mind when electing to take part. Plan for a 90-minute experience, plus early arrival time. You’ll join Harry around the card table for about 60 minutes, but plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the curtain time (there is no late seating for this performance) and give yourself time to stay afterwards as Harry will offer you the opportunity to stay at the table and ask questions after the show. Due to the intimate nature of this work, all audience members will be required to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to participate in this unique theatrical event. This special event performs to only 35 people per performance. The "Premium" ticket includes a souvenir deck of cards branded for The Unfair Advantage as a keepsake of your experience. Because this is a special season engagement, student ticket rates and other Seattle Rep mainstage season discounts are not available for The Unfair Advantage. This show is not included in any Seattle Rep subscription packages. Single tickets must be purchased separately, and are final sale with no exchanges or refunds. Latecomers are not permitted. Tickets are final sale with no exchanges or refunds, so please plan to arrive early! We cannot guarantee that late patrons can be reseated for another performance. Audiences ages 12+ are welcome with a parent or guardian, but note that The Unfair Advantage addresses card cheating. The state of Washington prohibits gambling under the age of 18. Because this is a special season engagement, Student ticket rates and other Seattle Rep mainstage season discounts are not available. Please inform a House Manager upon arrival if you would like additional time being seated or have any mobility requirements. The performance space is both wheelchair- and scooter-accessible, and audience members can remain in their wheelchairs or transfer to standard-height chairs. There are no accommodations for visually impaired individuals for this performance at this time. All tickets are general admission and when entering the performance space, audiences can pick between standard-height chairs and counter-height stools. All are table-side.
