What is Seattle Rep at Home?

Seattle Rep at Home is Seattle Rep's video hub for streaming productions, behind-the-scenes content, and insightful discussions among artists and theater-makers!

Much of the content on Seattle Rep at Home is free to watch and does not require any login or registration. We encourage you to browse around and explore everything on offer.

If you are interested in streaming a fully staged production at home, Seattle Rep at Home also is the home of our premium digital content. If the option is available, tickets to stream our productions typically go on sale at the same time as in-person tickets for each show. Visit the show page and click the button to Purchase Digital Access to add a streaming product to your cart, and complete the checkout process. How do I access my purchased content on Seattle Rep at Home?

Once you have purchased digital content and it is ready to view, the easiest way to access your content is to find the email we delivered to you with your streaming link. Look for an email with the subject line "Your Seattle Rep at Home content is ready to watch". Inside that email, click the included link to automatically sign in to Seattle Rep at Home and browse your videos.

If you know the email address linked to your Seattle Rep at Home account, you may also set a permanent password to log in to your account from any device in the future. On the Seattle Rep at Home page, begin the sign in process by entering your email, and then click the link to Reset Your Password on the following screen. This will send you an email with instructions to set a permanent Seattle Rep at Home password.

When will I receive my streaming link(s) for my purchased streaming shows?

For each production, your streaming link will be emailed to you as soon as the production is available to view. This will typically be within one week of each production’s official opening night.

If you purchase your streaming access before the production’s digital version is released, you will be emailed a link to view the show as soon as the stream is available to watch. If you purchase your streaming access after the digital version has been released, you will receive a link to watch the stream within a few minutes of completing your order.

What devices can I watch my streaming productions on?

Seattle Rep at Home can be watched on internet-accessible browsers and the following apps/smart TVs/other smart devices: iOS, Android, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, or Android TV.
We recommend accessing your streaming content using a web browser first to ensure you can successfully access your content. After that, download and launch your app of choice and follow the on-screen instructions to sync across devices. Make sure to use the specific email address linked to your Seattle Rep at Home account.

How can I change the email address used for my Seattle Rep at Home content?

Your Seattle Rep at Home account can only be linked to a single email address. This will default to the email address used when you purchase your streaming content, or if you purchase multiple streaming products over time, the email address you have used for streaming in the past.

If you need to change the email address associated with your streaming content, please contact our Patron Services Office to transfer streaming permissions to a new email address. This process cannot be reversed and you will no longer be able to access streaming content from your old email address after the change is made.

How long do I have to watch my streaming show?

Once you have purchased a streaming package/ticket, you will receive an email with a streaming link once the content is ready to view. Once you have pressed “play” to start the production stream you rented, you have three days (72 hours) from this point to finish watching.

I purchased a streaming package or ticket and haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

You will receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of completing your ticket purchase. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your inbox spam folder, or contact our Patron Services Office at 206.443.2222 or send a message.

Your link to watch the stream will be sent to you in a separate email once your digital content is ready to view. If you lose your streaming link or need it to be re-sent, please contact our Patron Services Office to have the link delivered again to your inbox.

What accessibility options are available for streamed performances?

You can watch Seattle Rep at Home through any internet-connected device via web browser or via apps or smart devices including iOS, Android, Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple TV, or Android TV. 

Streamed productions will include optional closed captions and audio descriptions.
