Your tax-deductible gift of $500 or more reserves a seat plaque with your chosen name. Flexible payment options and schedules are available! You can donate online via credit card or contact us to make a gift offline by check, stock, donor-advised fund, or IRA distribution.

You can either pay in full online or start with a $100 deposit and choose to pay in installments. For credit card installments, monthly payments will be processed starting the 1st or 15th of January until March 2025. We also accept check, stock, donor-advised funds, or IRA distributions (which are all fully tax-deductible). For these giving options, please send us an email. You’ll receive an email from Seattle Rep confirming your donation and the inscription you chose. Each seat plaque is a personalized, engraved brass plaque fixed on the seat in the section that corresponds to your gift level. You may choose to inscribe your own name, yourself plus your partner or other family members, or you may recognize a relative, friend, company, etc. You may also use phrases such as “In Memory of” or “In Honor of” to further personalize your seat plaque. Show quotes, messages, etc., are not permitted. Seat plaque text is determined by the donor but is subject to character limitations and to Seattle Rep’s approval. Your seat plaque will be on the front of the back of seat in the seat section that corresponds to your gift level. For a visual reference, you can view the photos shown at the top of the web page. Plaques will be clearly visible to others. The location of your seat plaque will be communicated after installation. You may make a request for a specific seat location as long as the section corresponds with your gift level. We cannot guarantee specific seat locations. Yes, you may purchase more than one seat and Seattle Rep will ensure that your seat plaques are grouped together. There is no discount if you purchase more than one seat. This is a naming opportunity only and does not imply ownership of the seat nor does it reserve the use of the seat for performances. Seattle Rep replaced all seats in the Bagley Wright Theater in 2021 and 2022. We installed all plaque purchased during our 2023/24 Season in summer 2024. All plaques paid in full by March 30, 2025 will be installed by April 15, 2025. The longevity of the plaques will correlate to this rendition of the newly installed seats.
