Fall Class: Playwriting

Thursdays, Sept. 10, 17, 24 & Oct. 1, 2026 from 5–7 p.m.

This playwriting class is for writers and theatre artists of all experience levels. Writers will tap into their creativity through a combination of writing prompts, group exercises, discussions, and readings. Writers will have the opportunity to share their work and receive feedback. At the end of this class, writers will understand more about the elements of playwriting and their voice in theater.
 
Experience Level: This class is intended for artists of all levels.

Tuition: $190

Scholarship Opportunities

Seattle Rep hopes to make Rep Pro classes accessible by offering scholarships to students at lower income levels.

  • Tier 1: Students with a gross annual income of equal to or less than $60K are eligible for a 30% scholarship
  • Tier 2: Students with a gross annual income of equal to or less than $40K are eligible for a 50% scholarship
