Held is run by Amari Ayomide (they/them) is a Black, biracial, trans & queer, poor, disabled artist, spiritualist & community activist & educator. Held is a multi-dimensional, multimedia cultural healing space rooted in disability justice & restorative care & practices for Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, People of the Global Majority (BIPOGM). It is built on the praxis of intersectional healing, support, and understanding that those most marginalized in community should always be put first. Held is a COVID conscious, disability centered, mindful collective that offers conflict facilitation, spiritual workshops & tools, education, and Peer Support to QTBIPOGM.

Our mission at Charlie’s is to provide a unique bookstore experience that is dedicated to creating community connection through queer literature. The store offers the same genres you would find at any general bookstore, but written by queer authors and/or feature queer characters and themes. 

Owner Ifé Thomas is an artist and performer who creates and curates chic, sweet, and affordable items that are designed to help you love yourself and get “HER GLOW” by helping you look and feel your best. The HER GLOW CANDY SHOP has been featured on influencer Tabitha Brown's show, "Very Good Mondays," and was selected as a participant in the 2023 Seattle Restored program through Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell's office, as one of several Seattle-based small businesses to help reinvigorate the downtown Seattle economy. The Candy Shop can be found at pop-up events throughout the greater Seattle area and is an extension of our parent company, HER GLOW Beauty and Wellness for Women (HER GLOW LLC) and is our first e-commerce endeavor.

In 2020, during the pandemic, I lost my source of income due to my inability to perform. However, I’ve always loved the benefits of Shea Butter and I frequently used it in my body and hair butter formulations. I started selling my butter to friends and family who loved them. I then decided to expand my knowledge and enrolled in programs that focused on more complex skincare formulations, including lotions, scrubs, soaps, and cosmetics. Today, we offer a variety of skin-yummy products that feature plant-based oils & butters. All of our products are hand-made with love and intention by me. 

Meet Skylar (they/them), the Owner and Operator of Sweet Presss Press-on Nails! Skylar is a Black, trans nonbinary, disabled nail artist that hand-designs press-on nails with Black trans, gender non-conforming, queer, disabled people in mind. Empowering them to feel themselves all over! Knowing there is a community need to shop Black, queer owned businesses, they started Sweet Presss in June 2020 for people that want to get their nails did at home instead of a salon.

For over 25 years the LGBT National Help Center has provided peer support and counseling to LGBTQIA+ community. The organization’s hotlines, online chat portal, and email support services are staffed by LGBT identifying volunteers who provide anonymous and affirming support to all those who utilize the Help Centers services. The internationally renowned Seattle Men’s Chorus (founded in 1979) and Seattle Women’s Chorus (founded in 2002) together make one of the largest community choral organizations in North America, and stand out among the largest LGBTQ-identified choruses in the world. Seattle Men’s Chorus and Seattle Women’s Chorus comprise one of the Pacific Northwest’s most vibrant music organizations, performing in Seattle’s most prestigious venues for an annual audience of more than 30,000 patrons across the Puget Sound. Collectively there are more than 300 singing members, along with staff and volunteers who support both Seattle Men’s Chorus and Seattle Women’s Chorus. They are a leading voice for the LGBTQ+ community and offer both outreach events and main stage concert performances annually.

Seattle Quake Rugby Football Club is the Pacific Northwest’s first inclusive men’s rugby team established in 2001. We are committed to bringing one of the world’s most popular games to new players who may not otherwise have considered playing.

Arigato Grande (Ari for short) is a native PNW Drag artist. Ari uses her drag as a way to explore her identities as a queer, mixed-race individual. Inspired by the strong Japanese women she grew up around, as well as pop culture influences, Ari creates all her looks with the intent to embody an amalgamation of what brings her joy. With a background in theater and opera, her goal is to always evoke feelings through storytelling, costuming, and a twisted sense of humor.
