Seattle Rep is traveling to Chicago this fall!

The trip includes a weekend of shows (including Hamilton!) at some of Chicago’s most famous theatres.
Seattle Rep’s Chicago trip is September 28-October 1, 2017. Highlights from the weekend include:*

  • Welcome Reception (Thursday, September 28, at 4:30 p.m.)
  • Performance of Hamilton at The Private Bank Theatre
  • Pre-show reception and performance of Ivo Van Hove’s A View from the Bridge at the Goodman Theatre
    This Arthur Miller 1955 classic was the recipient of 2016 Tony Awards for Best Revival of a Play and Best Director.
  • Late Night Show at The Second City
    The Second City is an iconic comedy club and improvisational school that’s been a launching pad for some of the world’s most notable comedians including: Steve Carell, Bill Murray, Stephen Colbert, Joan Rivers, and many more!
  • Dinner on Saturday evening (details to be announced)
  • Performance of The Rembrandt at Steppenwolf
    A Chicago premiere by Jessica Dickey, featuring John Mahoney from Fraiser and stage and TV actor Francis Guinan.
  • Performance of United Flight 232 at The House Theatre of Chicago
    This production was the winner of the 2016 Jeff Awards for Best Production of a Play and Best Ensemble.
  • Sunday brunch (will conclude by 1:00 p.m.)

The cost of the trip is $1,950 per person ($500 of which is tax-deductible). The cost of this trip does not include hotel, airfare, or ground transportation. More information regarding a group hotel rate will be provided upon registration.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space, with full payment due on August 4, 2017.
