Hearing Loop Assistive Listening System

Seattle Repertory Theatre is equipped with an innovative new assistive listening system for our patrons with hearing loss: the hearing loop system, a wireless technology that transmits speech or music on stage directly to theatregoers’ cochlear implants and hearing aids with T-coils. Patrons will hear sound picked up by the theatre’s PA system rather than from the microphone in an implant or hearing aid, resulting in a clearer sound with less background noise. If your device is not equipped with a T-coil, you can acquire a neck receiver that will work with the hearing loop system.

Captioned Performances

Offered for every first Thursday evening show in the Bagley Wright and Leo K. theatres. The lines of the play are projected simultaneously on a screen so you don't miss a word. Check the calendar for performances marked.
