Ticket Donation Requests

Seattle Rep Ticket Donation Policy

Seattle Repertory Theatre is pleased to grant requests for ticket donations to other organizations.

These donations usually consist of a certificate for a pair of tickets to a show in the Bagley Wright theatre.

While we would like to grant all requests, ticket sales are what keep our theatre alive and we must limit the number tickets we donate to no more than TWO (2).

It is Seattle Rep's policy to donate tickets only to organizations with a non-profit 501(c)3 tax ID number. With a limited number of tickets available for donation each month, priority will be given as follows:

1. Non-profit arts organizations
2. Non-profit education organizations
3. Non-profit medical organizations

Although these organizations will be given priority, not all requests can be filled due to the limited number of available tickets.

To request a ticket donation, please follow these simple steps:

1. Send us a letter on the organization's letterhead. Include:
   • the organization's non-profit ID number
   • the date of the fundraising event

Please submit your request a minimum of three months before your event to allow ample time for it to be processed. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we ask that you do not call to follow up on any letters submitted. You will receive written confirmation of our donation approximately 60 days from your event date.
