renown for its consistently high production and literary standards.
As a nationally recognized theatre in one of the country's most
vital theatre communities, the Rep is in a unique position to

Internship program. The Rep is committed on all levels of operation
to fostering an increase of theatre professionals of color within
our company including artists, administrators, and craftspeople
of all races, ethnicities, and backgrounds.
"Some of the very best playwrights in
America have been trying to set up tents under the roof of
the Seattle Rep. The Rep has moved Seattle into the forefront
of the resident theatre renaissance."
-The New York Times
"The Rep's tech people don't seem to have
a limit to what they can do. When you have ideas at other
theatres you get excuses why they can't be done. But when
you have an idea at the Rep, the tech people think about it
for awhile and then say 'yes we can do that'."
-Actor, director, and inspired clown, Bill Irwin
