Student Matinee: May 2, 2012

Scott’s Notes: Pssst, this is my personal favorite play of the season next year. Loaded with social issues, opinions, provocations–this play is a slam dunk for Social Studies Classes, U.S. History or any other curriculum that deals with social issues. Awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Drama 2011, Clybourne offers the unique opportunity for students to engage with racism and other social issues (gentrification, socioeconmoics, etc.) by watching a play.
