Once you have enjoyed our productions at Seattle Repertory
Theatre, you may want to stage your own show here. You can!
Below is a link to all the information you need to take advantage
of the beautiful facilities on the grounds of the Seattle Center
campus. Whether you are planning a business conference, a wedding,
or a performance, Seattle Rep can accommodate you and your guests.
Bring your event to Seattle's flagship regional theatre by reserving
space in the Bagley Wright theatre, the Leo Kreielsheimer theatre
or the lovely glassed-in rotunda.

Capacity: 90,000 square feet of performance, meeting,
and lobby space accommodating up to 1,100 persons.
Price range: please call to discuss options available
to your group or event.
Catering: in-house catering is not available, however
recommendations are available upon request.
Types of events: performances, annual meetings,
conferences, seminars, social/corporate/specialty parties.
Availability and terms
A variety of performance spaces, meeting rooms and reception spaces
are available. The Seattle Rep's seasonal hiatus is May through mid-September.
Please call to inquire about your specific date. First consideration
is always given to Seattle Repertory Theatre's own season.
Description of services and facility
ADA: all facilities fully accessible for both
attendees and performers.
Parking: several parking lots are conveniently
located around the facility.
Banquet services
Seating: both theatres provide seating for your performance/meeting;
the Bagley Wright Theatre seats 847; the Leo Kreielsheimer seats 286;
Smaller venues are also available; the Lobby seats up to 350 for sit-down
dinner (tables and chairs must be provided by caterer).
Bar Facilities: caterer must provide
Decorations: all on a case-by-case basis
Cleanup: caterer must provide cleanup
Meeting and event services
Audio visual and equipment: microphones and podium
available for use; other technical needs can be acquired for each
event.
Events representative: a staff member is provided
to oversee each event.
Special services
We offer discounted tickets for groups of ten or more people. Senior
and youth groups save over 60% on tickets when they attend as a group.
Theatre tickets are an excellent fund raiser. Non-profit organizations
may purchase tickets at a deeply discounted rate and re-sell or auction
them to supporters for their full value. With a group ticket purchase,
we offer free space rental for a pre-show reception or silent auction
when available.
