Policies
It's theatre. It's fun. Help everyone have a great time by following
a few guidelines.
Performance Cancellation Policy
We rarely have to cancel a performance, but this is live theatre
and sometimes the snow is too deep, the power goes out, an actor gets sick...
If you are scheduled to attend a performance that is cancelled, our
Box Office staff will make best efforts to contact you in advance, and
you may move your tickets into another performance of your choice.
To reschedule your performance, please contact the Box Office in person
or by phone at 206-443-2222. Box Office hours are Tuesday-Sunday, noon-6
pm/performance time. The Box Office voicemail will be updated with any
temporary hour changes or closures. All performance cancellations will
also be listed on the Seattle Rep online calendar.
If you are unable to make it to a performance because of weather
conditions, please call the Box Office within 48 hours of the missed
performance, and we will be happy to exchange your tickets into another
performance of the same show. If you are subscriber, you can exchange
your tickets online up to 24 hours before your show date and time.
Late Seating Policy
BAGLEY WRIGHT THEATRE
Late seating is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
All shows at Seattle Rep start at 2 p.m. for matinees and 7:30 p.m. for evening shows. If a patron arrives after the show
has started, we will make every effort to get them into late seating in the back of the balcony upon arrival, regardless
of where their ticketed seat is. No patron may take a seat on the main floor once the show has started.
Patrons may relocate to their ticketed seat at intermission, should the show have one. Patrons will remain in late
seating for the duration of the show when there is no intermission. Should there be no late seating available in the
balcony, patrons will be directed to standing room on the balcony level.
LEO K. THEATRE
Late seating is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Patrons arriving after the start of the show are held in the Leo K. lobby regardless of their original ticketed seat. No
patron may take a seat on the main floor once the show has started. At a pre-determined moment in the show, the house
manager will take all late patrons up to the balcony for late seating. Patrons may relocate to their ticketed seat at
intermission, should the show have one. Patrons will remain in late seating for the duration of the show when there is no
intermission. Should there be no late seating available in the balcony, patrons will be directed to standing room on the
main floor.
