The renter may elect to use SRT’s box office. There is a $300 fee for the use of the system. A $3 service charge will be added to the cost of each ticket ordered online or via telephone which will be added to the patron’s total. Bank fees will be added to the renter’s invoice once ticket sales are complete and the total is determined. We cannot accurately estimate the cost of bank fees in advance as they vary by institution.
All ticketing information must be submitted before work can begin toward arranging box office sales and an online ticketing presence. Set up for ticketing requires a minimum of fourteen (14) business days. Our ticketing software requires a certain level of detail and as such any missing information will result in a delayed “on sale” date.
Ticket pricing can be whatever the renter chooses and different groups may be charged according to different criteria. (Example: General $30, Members $25 Students & Seniors $20.) A breakdown of sales by category can be made available upon request once the event has concluded.
Seattle Repertory Theatre can sell your event’s tickets through our website. Once all the pertinent information has been submitted, a minimum of fourteen (14) business days is required to create the account. A link to the page will be provided to the renter once it is available. During our off-season, we may be able to create a direct link from the SRT website’s homepage. This service is not guaranteed during our producing season (in-season).
You may request, in advance, any number of complimentary tickets or house seats. These may be set aside at will call under assigned names or handed to a representative of the renting organization for distribution.
