Andy Lee is a graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa theatre and English programs and has worked across the island of Oahu as a stage manager for the past three years. He’s coming into Seattle Repertory Theatre under the stage management internship. Andy's been honored to work most frequently with Seattle native, Seattle Shakespeare Company co-founder, and lasagna lover Paul Mitri on such shows as Sunday in the Park with George, Proof, and Twelfth Night. Outside of stage management, he’s worked the past three years as an electrician and carpenter for Kennedy Theatre and Toka Media. Andy’s leaving Hawaii with Hawaii Shakespeare Festival’s Romeo and Juliet as his final show on the island and looks forward to all shows he’s working on this season, but especially Mac Beth because he’s a huge Shakespeare buff. He can recite the entirety of the 1985 film Clue by heart, can't eat onions, and finds it really weird referring to himself in the third person.
